An innovative approach to Distillation Synthesis. DISTIL focuses on the
synthesis of distillation column sequences for multi-component systems,
including azeotropic mixtures and provides separation insights in an
integrated and interactive environment. DISTIL enables a rapid screening
of Complex Column configurations such as divided wall columns and
thermally coupled columns. DISTIL also combines comprehensive data
regression with access to thermodynamic databases. DISTIL offers a
systematic approach to distillation synthesis, allowing the user to
quickly identify the best design alternatives, improve process
understanding and reduce design time. With the current functionality,
users can automatically generate all the feasible column sequences
for a multi-component feed and perform preliminary design for the
distillation columns. Additionally, designs produced in DISTIL can be
automatically simulated in HYSYS.Process/Plant, eliminating the time
-consuming task of re-entering information.
DISTIL belongs to the HYSYS.Concept family of Hyprotech's products. It
focuses on the synthesis of distillation column sequences for multi
-component systems, including azeotropic mixtures and provides separation
insights in an integrated and interactive environment. DISTIL enables
a rapid screening of Complex Column configurations such as divided wall
columns and thermally coupled columns. DISTIL also combines comprehensive
data regression with access to thermodynamic databases.

Calculate residue curves for multi-component mixtures and plot the maps
for ternary and quaternary systems.
Column Design
Design binary and complex ternary distillation columns, including side
products and columns with decanters.
Investigate possible barriers to the required separation, generate
feasible process alternatives, and choose the best design based on
the available information.
Simulate DISTIL Column Designs in HYSYS.Process.
Column Sequencing
Automatically find feasible column sequences that separate multi-
component azeotropic and non-azeotropic mixtures into pure products.
Quickly identify the best design alternatives, improve process
understanding and reduce design time.
Complex Columns
Distil provides a general framework for the synthesis, design and
analysis of complex columns to separate a multi-component feed stream
into specified products.
Sensitivity Analysis can be performed to study the variation in the
performance parameter(s) of the configuration when operating pressure,
R/Rmin, feed quality and feed flowrate change in a specified range.
DISTIL includes the culmination of the Technical Alliances between
Hyprotech, Drs. Doherty and Malone of the University of Massachusetts,
Dr. Wolfgang Marquardt of Aachen University and the Thermodynamic
Research Center. Technology developed at the University of Manchester
Institute of Science and Technology further enhances our unique offering.
Each of the partners in this project are recognized for their commitment
to technical excellence and innovation. By combining strengths,
experimental data, thermo-physical property calculations and data
regression, azeotrope prediction, residue curve maps and distillation
synthesis, a major step forward in the design of separation systems has
been taken.
DISTIL is a different conceptual design tool, where the designer can
quickly explore multiple scenarios and produce various alternative
separation schemes.
DISTIL combines the latest advances in separation technology with the
most up-to-date computer technologies resulting in a powerful and easy
to use tool. DISTIL can help your business meet the continuous challenge
of increased productivity, lower energy consumption, and tighter
environment constraints.
!!!破解方式:
1. Install and use the included keygen (crack dir) to get a valid keyfile.
The keygen requires the Sentinel dongle driver to be installed.
2. Additional notes:
* License server installation is not required.
* Sentinel dongle driver installation is required (see Driver folder).
* The eathyprk.exe will create a license file LSERVRC_XXX_YYYYY.AEALIC
* License file may be installed during HYPROTECH software installation
or after (double click on file).
3. Special note: We have included a patch (eatathd5.exe) that will convert
the BIN/CUE back to it's original state (original CD image), w/o the
Crack dir on BIN. This is for those that like to burn original CDs.
BTW, the patch will also extract a stand-alone Crack dir for your
total satisfaction. ;)
