三井盃中有關環評牽涉極廣時非一個化工系出身的準學士們(或指導教授)所能勝任，簡話來講：環評的目的在儘量維持現有的自然(含生態)環境下來進行的；想真正了解環評要意極經什事虛付出大的代價，也只有能真正體會甚而具備相關知識者方是大獎準獲選人的不二法門。目前的三井盃太坐井觀天了
理應至少具備：1.大地工程，選址是否正確，不會蓋在斷層/斜向坡...上 2.海洋.....
