请问，参数element1和 和element2是什么意思？什么时候写1 什么时候写2？   看到英文提示“element number for the parameter (=1 for scalar parameter);Elements of vector parameters that are not regressed will be fixed to values in the databank or to the specified initial values.enter a number between 1 and 99." 我理解是标量写1，矢量写2，对吗？请朋友指点。
