IMPORTANT EXPORT NOTICE


Intergraph's products, including technical data, are subject to the United States export control laws.  These controls are in place for national security, anti-terrorism, and to prevent the proliferation of chemical and biological weapons, to control the export of encryption commodities, software and technology, to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons, and to prevent the proliferation of certain missiles, and other controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Compliance with such applicable export laws is mandatory.  The export or re-export, directly or indirectly, (including via remote access) of any product, technical data, and/or direct product thereof, to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Syria, or North Korea, and/or to any other country that may become subject to an embargo by the United States, is prohibited.   Exports to foreign nationals of embargoed countries are prohibited as well.    Also prohibited is the export or re-export to individuals and companies listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce's Denied Parties List, Entity List, Unverified List, on the U.S. Department of Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals List, or any other list of parties proscribed by the U.S. Government.  In addition, exports are prohibited if it is known, or have reason to know, that the end-user is engaged in the design, development and use of nuclear, chemical and biological, and/or missile technology activities.




EXPORT CONTROL LAWS


Product, including software and documentation, available on the Intergraph PPM ftp site is subject to export controls administered by the United States and other countries. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Export, re-export or import of certain product may require action on your behalf and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable international, national, state, regional and local laws, and regulations, including any applicable import and use restrictions. All Intergraph PPM products are currently prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Sudan or to any country subject to relevant trade sanctions. In addition, Intergraph PPM's software product is prohibited for export or re-export to any person or entity on the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons, Entities and Unverified Lists, the U.S. Department of State's Debarred List, or on the U.S. Department of Treasury's lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers or Specially Designated Terrorists, as the same may be revised from time to time, or for use with chemical or biological weapons, sensitive nuclear end-users, or missiles.   By downloading or using product from this site, you are agreeing to the foregoing and all applicable export control laws. You are also warranting that you are not under the control of, located in, or a resident or national of any such country or on any such list.

关键是设备 模块 这个才是重点。 还有中文版的帮助说明 文件。 想在汉文化圈卖软件，都八年了，汉字帮助文件都没有，诚意合在，花钱也不卖，想干什么。
