浙江大学将出席2016年聚碳酸酯研讨会介绍基于CO2的绿色PC工艺 --如何将工业温室气体CO2转化为高附加值的工程塑料? 聚碳酸酯(PC)作为五大工程塑料中的透明产品,具有优良的综合性能,其应用非常广泛,已渗透到电子、电器、汽车、建筑、医疗等行业。中国已经成为全球聚碳酸酯需求增长最快的国家,2014年全国消费量约160万吨,但净进口量约126万吨,对外依存度达到80%左右。 巨大的市场需求和丰富的利润吸引了世界化工巨头纷纷来我国投资建厂,由于技术限制,在2014年前我国的聚碳酸酯生产基本为拜耳、帝人化学、三菱瓦斯化学等外国公司所垄断。 作为国家“十二五”扶持项目,我国聚碳酸酯生产工艺技术也在近年来取得突破,国内多家公司也开始投资新建聚碳酸酯装置。2015年,宁波浙铁大风10万吨非光气法聚碳酸酯项目和鲁西化工聚碳酸酯项目一期6.5万吨工程建成投产。此外,阳煤集团恒源化工、福建环球联合化工、泉州恒河化工、烟台万华、泸天化等多家企业正在建设聚碳酸酯项目或准备进入这一领域。 绿色环保的非光气生产工艺是今后聚碳酸酯工艺的主要发展方向。尤其是在气候变化巴黎大会中国政府宣布减排目标之后,CO2的利用进一步得到重视。浙江大学可控聚合与聚合物结构性能研究室(CPPS)一直集中于CO2路线合成聚碳酸酯技术工艺的研究和开发,其中,CO2和环氧化物合成脂肪族聚碳酸酯工艺路线目前正在工业化。此外,在CO2和环氧化物偶合路线制备碳酸二苯酯再酯交换合成芳香族聚碳酸酯,CO2和生物基原料合成聚碳酸酯等方面取得了一系列积极进展。 亚化咨询主办的2016首届聚碳酸酯技术与市场研讨会将于2016年1月21-22日在上海召开,来自浙江大学的张兴宏教授将出席会议并做大会报告,介绍《二氧化碳路线合成聚碳酸酯》。 Zhejiang University will attend Polycarbonate Conference andintroduce CO2 based PC green process --How to convert industrial greenhouse gas CO2 into high value-added engineeringplastics? As thetransparent product in the five major engineering plastics, polycarbonate (PC)is widely used in different industries such as electron, electric equipment,automobiles, construction, medical, and so on, because of its excellentcomprehensive performance. China, whose demand for PC is of the fastestincrease in the world, consumed about 1.6 Mt/a PC in 2014, with the net importof about 1.2 Mt, and the external dependence reached as high as about 80%. The hugemarket demand and rich profit attracts world’s chemical giants to invest andbuild PC companies in China,and due to technology limitation, PC production in China was almost monopolized byforeign corporations, including Bayer, Teijin, Mitsubishi Gas Chemical, etc. As thenational “Twelfth Five Year Plan” support project, China has made breakthrough in PCproduction process and technology in recent years, and many domesticcorporations also started to build PC projects. In 2015, Ningbo Zhetie Daphoon100kt/a non-phosgene PC project and Luxi Chemical PC project phase I 65kt/aengineering were built and commissioned. Besides, several companies, such asYangquan Coal Group Hengyuan Chemical, Fujian Globe Joint Chemical, Quanzhou HengheChemical, Yantai Wanghua, Lutianhua, and so on, is also building PC projects orpreparing to enter this field. Non-phosgeneproduction process of green and environmental-friendly will become the maindirection of PC processes. Especially, after the Chinese Government announcedthe emission reduction target in ParisClimate Conference, CO2 utilization will get further attention. Laboratory of Controlled Polymerization and Structure-Properties ofPolymers (CPPS) in Zhejiang University has engaged inprocess research and development of PC synthesis by CO2 route for many years,and the process of aliphatic polycarbonate synthesis by CO2 and epoxides iscurrently under industrialization. Besides, a series of positive progresseshave achieved in aspects of diphenyl carbonate preparation by CO2 and epoxidescoupling route to further synthesis aromatic polycarbonate throughinteresterification, PC synthesis by CO2 and biomass feedstocks, etc. PolycarbonateTechnologies & Market Conference will be held by ASIACHEM on Jan 21st-22nd 2016, in Shanghai, China.Professor Zhang Xinghong from Zhejiang University will attend the conferenceand give a presentation, to introduce <PC Synthesis by CO2 Route>.
