无法使用AspenONE 8.8的问题

昨天刚安装好的AspenONE 8.8，在今天使用时就出现如下信息：

按网上的安装指导放置相关的文件应该不会有问题的

每次都要按照PJ的方式运行一下License管理程序才行。
