aspen模拟,循环后出现质量不守恒、不收敛等错误
aspen版本8.4学习aspen不到一个月,纯小白,进行mtbe工艺模拟的过程遇到了不少问题,希望论坛里的各位能指点一下:
根据网上的资料,把每一个设备单独拿出来进行了模拟,然后优化了部分参数,把设备连接起来构成循环,就出现了干板、质量不守恒、不收敛等问题。根据论坛上的一些方法,改了收敛次数、收敛方法、物性方法、一些设备的参数。现在还是有设备质量不守恒和循环不收敛的问题,怎么改也解决不了。希望大家帮我看看,分析一哈。
然后还想问问大家怎么控制模拟过程中醇烯比(甲醇和异丁烯)和溶剂比(萃取塔的水和进料),是利用calculator吗?我不会,都是一点点改参数试的,然后越改问题越多。。。

4.还有就是循环模块不收敛
