PRO2关于萃取蒸馏
PRO2在模拟萃取蒸馏过程中,环丁砜为萃取剂,分离芳环和环烷组分,在Column中,Algorithm设定为Chemist,Calculated Phases设定为V-L-L,塔的设定中,指定塔底流量和回流比,变量为塔顶和塔底热负荷。但是运行不起来,不知道有什么错误,求指正!! 最好是能把错误信息发上来看看 萃取蒸馏是化学反应过程吗?

楼主的问题:系统中有水,在萃取精馏的过程中水全部从塔顶出,因此,该塔的计算不能用汽液两相计算,要VLL三相,热力学方法选NRTL可以,但要进行三相计算。另外,塔的算法中IO算法不支持VLLE的计算,只能用Sure或Chemdist。收敛的case见附件。 把4楼的下来学习下。谢谢热心的四楼 没关系,我来,呵呵 回复 1# silencer
学习了! 太高深的问题了,不好整啊。 相楼主学习了 萃取精馏,估计很多是收敛的问题,初值与算法要注意下 不错,学习一下先 还是请高手解答!! 很好的学习资料 虽然是收敛了,但结果明显是不对的,塔顶上的苯不应该含量这么高。
这个需对环丁砜与其它芳烃的二元相互作用参数进行修订,这个参数哪位高手能提供否? 高手啊,学习了{:1106_362:} 普通精馏塔分离时algorithm应该选择什么算法?
