ASPEN8.4 EDR 运行出错问题

运行EDR :(1)Simulation 时，出现这个WARNING: the ratio of the actual temperature difference to the temperature difference for pure counterflow is less than 0.75. It is not usually advisable to design or attempt to operature shell and tube heat exchangers at this condition.

(2)运行Rating/checking 时，出现 Program has failed to find an acceptable solution.The calculation remains seriously un-converged after 1000 iterations.

请问大家，这2个问题该如何解决，到底什么意思？

参数设置不对   冷热测物流热负荷不匹配    先确保参数的合理性
