不知道哪位兄弟上传到FTP服务器的一个aspenV7.1的补丁，没测试安装，，有空的兄弟可以去看看。。

Problem Description:
1. REFPROP Temperature-Vapor Fraction Flash is incorrectly calling the Pressure-Vapor Fraction Flash routine.
2. When using the RefProp property methods, you may obtain incorrect enthalpy, entropy and
heat capacity results if the components defined in the stream are in a different order than
that defined in the Components Specification forms.Or the stream contains zero flow components.

按照要求需装完SP2后才安装，安转后，要重新安装下企业数据库，之后，运行没什么问题，
