求助：开发cad法兰插件

网上的法兰插件不太适合，准备自己开发一下，
只是感觉无从下手，好像不仅仅要用lisp，
希望大虾指点一下，非常感谢！

If I did this I would try to use C# instead of lisp, even though I use lisp almost 7 years and I could create this app using lisp without any pain. However, if you want create faster and more powerful one, C# is better. and I just try to start new function development using C#.
