In engineering management, there are a large number of Non-TEF tags and documents,users often need a lot of time to process these data. So we developed the following automation functions to provide users with a more friendly display page, which is convenient for engineering data loading and delivery. It not only save time, but also improve working efficiency and quality.**
1.Batch import of documents: This function supports loading Non-TEF documents through excel template file.Excel template file can automatically retrieve the folder through platform tools, collect all the files under the folder, and automatically fill in the corresponding file name, path and other columns in excel template.**
2.Batch export of documents: This function can export the document list and export file to the specified folder according to the document structure. **
3.Batch import of tags: This function supports loading Non-TEF tags through excel template file,includes the creation of tags and the update of existing tags.**
4.Batch export of tags: This function can export the tag list,which will help users to check delivery data.**
5.Batch import of relationship between tags and documents: This function supports automatically create associations between tags and documents through excel template,including TEF documents and Non-TEF documents.**
