涉及柴油部分内容的通知 各省、自治区、直辖市应急管理厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团应急管理局：按照应急管理部等10部门关于调整《危险化学品目录（2015版）》的公告要求，现就修改《危险化学品目录（2015版）实施指南（试行）》（以下简称《实施指南》）涉及柴油的部分内容通知如下：一、将《实施指南》中的“四、对生产、经营柴油的企业（每批次柴油的闭杯闪点均大于60℃的除外）按危险化学品企业进行管理”修改为“四、对生产、经营柴油的企业按危险化学品企业进行管理”。二、修改《实施指南》附件《危险化学品分类信息表》第1674项内容，详见附件。上述修改自2023年1月1日起实施。 附件：危险化学品分类信息表修改内容 应急管理部办公厅2022年11月28日附件 危险化学品分类信息表修改内容
