From January to May, I led an extremely inactive lifestyle, binging on video games and basically ignoring all aspects of my well being.从1月到5月我一直过着一种完全死气沉沉的生活，我只要游戏为伴，忽视其他一切。I was for all intensive purposes addicted to the game I was playing. Told myself I would focus on building and improving myself.
