壳侧的流量很大,壳侧的接管540mm,而你的壳内径才600mm,很不合理。

建议你先用设计模式进行计算。

Film (Boiling)The film-boiling regime occurs when the production of vapor at the heat transfer surface becomes so large that a continuous vapor film is present. The heat transfer coefficient drops dramatically, and nucleation stops. Boiling occurs at the interface between the bulk liquid and the continuous vapor film. The vapor film acts as an additional heat transfer resistance.
Film boiling occurs above a critical heat flux, which is calculated by HTRI programs and displayed on the monitors. In general, film boiling is not a desirable regime because of the low heat transfer coefficients and high wall temperatures, but it cannot always be avoided.


楼主,你查看 reports/tubeside monitor 最后一行,就是因为管侧 形成film boiling 导致管侧传热系数很小。

因此,冷热流体必须纯逆流换热。 你这个换热器尺寸很小就够了。
