Updated the network hardware lock checking routines to prevent network lock licensing data corruption.
Updated CADWorx component insertion routines in AutoCAD 2013 to prevent data loss after undo/redo is done on the component insertion.
Updated CADWorx commands (CHANGESIZE, CHANGESPEC) to prevent against data loss if command is not completed successfully.
