v8启动时的问题

刚安装的v8在启动的时候，会自动出现一个记事本自动打开的文件
此文件的名称为apedconnectionerror.log
内容如下。

DATETIME Wed Feb 06 16:02:48 2013
Failed to initialize the Aspen Properties Enterprise Database.
Configuration file can not be found in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AspenTech\APED V8.0\config.aem
Please use the Aspen Properties Database Configuration Tester to diagnose and fix the problem.

各位V8安装好的马友有这个现象吗。

哎
测试通不过。
configuration file was not found.database configuration tester can not proceed further without config.aem file.

哪位可以帮帮我
