<P> 姜异康在会见时对中石油长期以来对山东省<A onmousedown="return hcclick('?chem_tracelog=end_articalHotword_574')" href="http://www.energy.hc360.com/" target=_blank>能源</A>保障供应和<A onmousedown="return hcclick('?chem_tracelog=end_articalHotword_508')" href="http://www.finance.hc360.com/" target=_blank>经济</A>社会发展给予的大力支持表示感谢。他说，中石油是我国石化战线上的领军企业，资本密集，技术先进，实力强大。石化产业是山东的支柱产业，与中石油签署合作协议，深化彼此间的合作，标志着双方合作进入一个新阶段，必将促进山东经济文化强省建设。我们将努力推动框架协议内容的落实，一如既往地支持中石油在山东的发展。
<P> 蒋洁敏感谢山东省委、省政府对中石油的大力支持，表示中石油将把山东作为下一步发展的重点，为山东提供优质的石油、清洁的天然气，促进山东经济持续健康发展。
<P> 省委常委、常务副省长王仁元代表省政府与中石油副总经理、股份公司总裁周吉平在《合作框架协议》上签字。根据协议，双方将在油气管网、炼油、<A onmousedown="return hcclick('?chem_tracelog=end_articalHotword_39')" href="http://www.search.hc360.com/cgi-bin/seinterface.cgi?word=成品油" target=_blank>成品油</A><A onmousedown="return hcclick('?chem_tracelog=end_articalHotword_588')" href="http://www.biz.hc360.com/" target=_blank>销售</A>网络、城市燃气、包括港口和码头在内的油气储运项目等方面展开全面合作。
