显示Unable to load simulation engine

请求各位高手指点：电脑上的aspen7.0已经装了一段时间了，今天用的时候显示打开的时候显示Unable to load simulation engine .Simulation engine reports alicense problem.Check control panel for detail。请问我该怎么做？急求呀，拜托各位高手不吝赐教呀

重装就可以了

我也遇到过这个问题，我卸载了重新安装了，就能用了。

追问一下，卸载时是不是需要卸载干净？怎样才能卸载干净？
