aspen的support网站如何注册？

在aspen的support网站（http://support.aspentech.com/）上可以得到很多有用的用户手册，但是需要注册！看过一些网上视频说这个注册是免费的，于是想用126邮箱。可是不行！说不能用.com的邮箱！然后用学校邮箱注册了一个，等待验证……几天后回复自己没有权限！想问一下，要注册这个网站的用户，必须购买正版aspen吗？有没有个人注册成功的？

Please review the many benefits to registering for web support. Only customers who have a current license and maintenance agreement for AspenTech products can successfully register for the Online Technical Support Center. Therefore, if you are not an AspenTech customer with a current maintenance agreement, we will not be able to grant you access to this site.
