笔记本上安装A+8.4后无法正常运行

把一台笔记本重新装了个win7，32位，然后生成license文件，安装A+8.4，安装过程一切正常，完成后就是复制dll文件，然后启动A+时就提示No license available，There was a problem in getting the license:SLM_Aspenplus.
关闭后软件就关闭了，郁闷，重新换了administrator账号来安装也是这个问题，不知道怎么回事。

你的License有问题吧，是不是以管理员身份运行生成的？

8.4的应该不存在问题

现在发现可能是win7系统的问题，下载的win7无论是32位还是64位激活后都无法升级，且虽然是sp1版本，但里面的.netframework安装也老出问题，3.5.1的安装不起，直接安装4.0后也不行，安装A+后，sql server的安装也不行。

同感，aspenone8.4在WIN7（32位）和WIN8（64位）上均没有安装成功呀

aspen shared 和 hypotech\shared 都要复制lic and dll, 另外注意common files 在programe file and programe file(x86)都可能有，32位选择的话，是第一个文件夹。
