分层器温度太高,或者压力太低,回流量有问题! 另外,必须有一个液体物料从塔顶进入,否则没法模拟 你塔顶因为没有冷凝器,所以必须有一股液体从塔顶进料,这是Aspen规定的 塔顶蒸出的气体,必须经过换热器冷却为液体以后才能进入分层器,不知道你换热了没? 这个waring可以忽略掉,或者,气相经冷凝后混合进入分相器。 tdl522 发表于 2014-3-25 14:23

你好,谢谢你的帮助!是不是应该在分相器之前加上换热器,将物流1和4冷却然后在进入分相器?进入分相器还需要加上混合器吗?谢谢了
需要将塔设定成塔顶全凝的吗?
物流2和3都是从塔顶进料的
