美媒：煤制气产业规模扩张对中国弊大于利
中国煤制气项目上马以来争议不断。近日在北京举行的一场会议中，一批科研人员炮轰中国煤制气产业，列举了一长串经营风险。科研人员预测，如果继续扩大相关产业规模，很可能影响中国的财力。<br>煤制气指的是以煤为原料经过加压气化后，脱硫提纯得到的可燃气体。其实，中国在2013年才开始采用这种方法提取合成气。去年，随着国内对清洁能源的需求飙升，以及治理空气污染的迫切要求，煤制气项目加速扩张。
<br>煤制气项目能迅速缓解中国东部严重的雾霾，给火电站和汽车提供新能源。然而煤制气依然会引起环境噩梦。绿色和平组织估算，中国正在运行的两家煤制气工厂，加上计划中的48个新工厂，预计每年要排放超过10亿吨二氧化碳，相当于中国2011年排放量的1/8。而且，煤制气的过程需要大量淡水。
<br>今年7月，中央政府下发通知要求地方政府限制用于发展煤制气项目的土地使用、银行贷款和其他支持措施，希望以此放慢煤制气项目的发展速度。但此举并未完全奏效，一些地方政府依然在大力推动煤制气项目。
<br>一名了解内幕的研究人员说：“企业在和地方政府谈煤矿开采项目时，地方政府经常要求企业在当地建设煤化工项目。”该研究人员称，地方政府这么做，原因不外乎他们认为煤制气项目能带来巨额投资，结果导致企业无从选择，只能听命于地方政府。
