64位win7,装Aspen8.2提示 Unable to acqure Aspenplus licence

我是64位win7,装Aspen8.2，装好后，运行时提示 Unable to acqure Aspenplus licence.重装了或多次都不行。在32位Xp电脑上一次就能成功安装。我这电脑始终不行。求各位大神帮忙。
已经将STRGXI2.dll，将该文件复制到：
- C：\程序文件（x86）\ Common Files文件\ Hyprotech \共享
- C：\程序文件（x86）\ Common Files文件\ AspenTech公司共享（替换）
复制生成的许可证文件LSERVRC_004_25B66.lic到C：\程序文件（x86）\ Common Files文件\ Hyprotech \共享

但是运行时还提示Unable to acqure Aspenplus licence

许可证文件LSERVRC_004_25B66.lic 是以管理员身份运行的吗？以管理员身份运行一次，拷入C：\程序文件（x86）\ Common Files文件\ Hyprotech \共享
