关于CADWorx PID 2009安装问题

最近比较烦

安装了一个CADWorx PID 2009，但是安装成功后，在打开时出现问题，弹出的对话框中有如下内容：
An error has occurred while trying to access the hardware lock.
Detailed information on Error Number 6007 will appear after you click the Ok button.
Before contacting technical support, please review the error descrion to see if you can resolve the problem.

应该是说我没有HL，是不是没有**的意思啊？请问达人们这要怎么解决啊？谢谢了！
