Getting Started with PDMS三维配管中：
第31页中浆system databases时：
Access control data, which defines those databases which are accessible to any specific user and whether he may modify them or only look at them。
这句话能知道什么意思，但感觉就是表达不准确，想看看各位高手是怎么翻译这句话的？

我翻译的是：接口控制数据限定了指定用户可进入的数据库，不管这些用户是可以修改还是查看数据库。

第32页
The MISC database is used to store inter-user messages, and inter-database macros.

此句中inter-user 、 inter-database macros 是什么意思啊？
