职位描述：Ensures that all activities carried out as well as those he delegates his staff are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the co**ny and to practices generally accepted;
Manages his/her multidisciplinary team;
Ensures that working conditions are applied according to internal procedures and documents.
Ensures the development of the staff under his responsibility;
Supervises and coordinates maintenance and construction works;
Ensures the link between his/her team and other employees of the co**ny;
Participates to the planning of major shutdowns;
Provides technical support in project development;
Performs administrative tasks required;
Participates to the development and update of the documentation relating to the maintenance activities;
Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the co**ny, adheres to co**ny’s values and ensures that members of his/her area are doing the same.
Participates to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of new projects.
Participates to set up and implement Equipment Care plans, spares parts selection, mandatory inspection plan based in Chinese legislation.
Providing support and participates Dynamic activities based on his / her supervisor’s assignment.
Providing Technical Support and expertise to Maintenance Execution;
Contributes to training sessions for Maintenance and Operations.
Participates to define scope and suppliers for maintenance contracts.
Contributes to the yearly maintenance budget, as well as the long term asset budget.
Performs other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
补充说明：Required Qualifications:
Holds a bachelor/college degree in Mechanical, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent major.
More than 8-year diversified experience as supervisor in the mechanics, welding, pipefitting industries, column, pressure vessels and pressure pipelines in refining or petrochemical industry. The knowledge on dynamic equipment is an advantage.
Experience in civil works, painting, scaffolding, insulation and lifting works supervision.
HSSEQ standards and legislation.
Safety and Integrity related best practices and techniques.
Maintenance Management and Reliability Engineering methodologies and tools, e.g. SAP system, RCA, RCM, etc.
Skills and Aptitudes:
Excellent teamwork spirit;
Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
Thoroughness;
Skills in management;
Capacity to work at heights.
Capacity to be on call in an emergency team;
Fluent in Mandarin and English;
Ability to travel during the construction period to participate as part of his/her training in witness tests of the plant equipment.
