GENERAL MISSION / 主要任务
-       Under general supervision, develops and executes corporate risk management and loss prevention programs including risk management and safety plans to directly support the mission and strategic goals of the Company while complying with laws, regulations; accreditation and professional practice standards.
-       在一般监督管理之下，根据法律法规及专业实践标准的要求建立并执行公司的风险管理和防损系统，包括风险管理和安全计划，直接支持公司的生产任务并达到其既定目标。
-       Exercises independent judgment within broad policy guidelines.
-       根据公司方针，对员工进行独立判断能力的训练。
-       Directly supervises and manages staff responsible for safety management operations and support, drive OH&S practices and behaviors to underpin a positive safety culture.
-       直接监督管理员工对安全作业的责任心，支持并推动OH&S的实践和行为，加强并巩固实际的安全训练。
-       Participates in the development and performance of strategic risk assessments, budgeting, and workforce mentoring.
参加风险战略评估，编制预算及对作业人员的指导。


岗位需求(学历, 经验, 特殊技能, 培训)
-       Education: Bachelor degree specialised in chemistry or environment safety engineering
-       教育背景：学士学位，化工或环境安全工程专业。
-       Experience: engineer or equal professional background; at least 3 years working experiences in a joint venture or foreign investment only.
-       经验：工程或相同的专业人员背景；至少三年的合资或独资企业工作经验；
-       Special skills: English speaking very well; office software application; communication very well; strong responsibilities; strong leadership and management skills
-        特殊技能：英文良好；办公软件应用良好；沟通能力强；工作责任心强；领导和管理水平良好
-        has a strong experience of implementing the Safety Standard we want to do, also a strong experience in Hygiene and Environment, in OHSA – a plus is ISO 14001.
-        有丰富的安全、环境、健康工作经验，有OHSA和ISO14001经验者更佳
