求助！gproms无法安装！

下载gproms后安装时出现下面对话框，不知道是为什么，3.15和3.4两个版本都出现这样的情况，请各位牛人解释一下！

/S- Silent install
/L=<License file/server> - Sets the license file/server for gPROMS to use
/D=<install dir> - Override default installation directory
/H - This usage information
