利用G0代PAMAM与二异氰酸酯反应制备聚脲微球壳,并通过乳化技术制备包覆有亚麻油的聚脲微球,进一步与聚氨酯基材复合,制备出具有自愈合性能的涂料。这种涂料可提高其热稳定性,温度可达380℃。带有大量氨基的聚脲微球可很好的改善其与聚氨酯涂料或者基材的黏附性能。基于PAMAM制备的聚脲微球镶嵌在聚氨酯涂料中,涂覆在钢材质表面,其防腐性能随着聚脲微球在聚氨酯涂料中含量的增加而增加,一般含量在2-5%之间。当含量为5%时表现出最好的防腐性能,即时破裂120h之后还会有很好的自愈合性能。威海晨源公司整理自《Novel Polyurea Microcapsules Using Dendritic Functional Monomer: Synthesis, characterization, and Its Use in Self-healing and Anticorrosive Polyurethane Coatings》Pyus D.
