针对Self-venting的管线尺寸选择，适用于精馏塔冷凝器下液管，精馏塔底部出液管等。
A properly designed drain line with gravity flow will be self-venting if the liquid Froude number (dimensionless parameter), is less than approximately 0.3
Fr = W/(g*D)^0.5 ≤ 0.3
Where g = 32.174 ft/s2 (9.8 m/s2) acceleration due to gravity
D = inside pipe diameter, ft (m)
W = velocity the liquid would have in the pipe flowing full with the given flow rate, ft/s (m/s)
