各位朋友大家，我在安装ansys15的时候出现了点问题，软件提示是“please close all applications before continuing with the installation”
但是我以前安装时并未出现过类似情况，而且点击安装之后软件我就没有反应了，希望各位朋友能帮帮忙，谢谢
（360关闭了的，InstallPreReqs也装过了的，是用的管理员身份启动）
