I have tried to export piping to excel then import excel back to create new piping. Everything is ok except pipe support. they are missing even though I could found them in excel file. ( I am using cadworx 2013 and don't have right to use live database...)

thank you for your reply at first. before I exported the piping, I always select the default lib using at my company, however, except the pipe shoe, the user defined fitting could not be exported and imported just like pipe shoe.
