aspen plus 运行问题

打开软件的时候用记事本显示： DATETIME Mon Mar 18 08:54:19 2013
Failed to initialize the Aspen Properties Enterprise Database.

Configuration file can not be found in D:\ProgramData\AspenTech\APED V7.3\config.aem

Please use the Aspen Properties Database Configuration Tester to diagnose and fix the problem.
