关于物性分析的问题？

在做物性分析等过程中经常遇到select type选项，具体有GENERIC/PTENVELOPE/RESIDUE/TERDIAGRAM这四个选择，如何做出选择，有什么具体的意义吗？

PLUS8.2没有像以前版本那样是让选择纯组分，二元系，三元系，而是上来就是这四个选项！！！这个有区别吗？
