[行业资讯] 石油巨头纷纷与伊拉克政府洽谈削减产量目标

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯安曼9月21日消息，伊拉克一位高级石油官员表示，包括BP、荷兰皇家壳牌和埃克森美孚在内的西方石油巨头正在与伊拉克政府就削减该国石油产量峰值一事进行洽谈。

自去年以来此类洽谈一直在进行，俄罗斯鲁克石油和意大利埃尼公司已经成为首批削减今年在伊拉克石油产量目标的公司。

伊拉克石油部石油合同和许可证理事会负责人Abdul Mehdyal-Ameedi在安曼召开的一次伊拉克石油会议间隙表示：“我们正在与BP洽谈计划将鲁迈拉油田的峰值产量目标从285万桶/天下调至210万桶/天。”BP和合作伙伴中国石油当前从该油田生产约140万桶/天的石油。

Ameedi表示，壳牌和合作伙伴马来西亚国家石油公司Petronas也正在与伊拉克协商计划将马吉努油田的产量目标下调60万桶/天，从先前的180万桶/天降至120万桶/天。

正在运营西古尔纳-1油田的以埃克森美孚为首的财团当前也正在与伊拉克政府就将该油田的峰值产量目标从282.5万桶/天下调至180万桶/天一事进行洽谈。当前该油田的产量约45万桶/天。

DJ BP, Shell, Exxon Negotiate with Iraq to Reduce Production Targets

AMMAN, Jordan--Major Western oil companies, including BP PLC (BP), RoyalDutch Shell PLC (RDSA.LN), and Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) are negotiating with theIraqi government to cut their oil production plateaus in the country, a seniorIraqi oil official said.

While these talks have been happening since last year, Russia's OAO LukoilHoldings (LKOH.RS) and Italy's largest oil producer Eni SpA (E) have become thefirst companies to cut their production targets this year.

"We are in talks with BP to reduce the plateau target for Rumailafield from 2.850 million barrels a day to 2.1 million barrels a day,"Abdul Mehdy al-Ameedi, head of the Iraqi Oil Ministry's petroleum contracts andlicensing directorate, said at the sidelines of an Iraqi oil meeting in Amman lateTuesday night. BP and partner China National Petroleum Corp., or CNPC, areproducing some 1.4 million barrels a day from the field now.

Shell and partner, Malaysia's Petronas, are negotiating with Iraq toreduce its oil production target at Majnoon field by 600,000 barrels a day to1.2 million b/d instead of the previously agreed plateau of 1.8 million b/d,Mr. Ameedi said.
