REPORTINGRELATIONSHIP:    Mechanical Supervisor

Ø  Assist Maintenance supervisor(E&I) building up maintenance team and in line with site vision.

协助电仪维修主管组建维修团队，实现工厂的目标。

Ø  During project phase, supportproject team in equipment construction, commissioning job, for example,construction quality inspection, vendor workshop inspection.

在项目施工阶段，协助项目团队完成设备安装，试车的工作。如设备安装质量的检查，设备制造商厂内验收。

Ø  During project phase, supportE&I supervisor complete the D1R plan.

在项目阶段，协助电仪主管完成D1R的计划任务。

Ø  During plant normal operationphase, complete plant day to day repair maintenance job assigned by SAP workorder.

在工厂正常运行阶段，依照SAP工单的安排，完成每天设备维护维修的工作。

Ø  During plant shutdown period,complete plant TA maintenance job as plan.

工厂停工阶段，按照停工检修计划完成大修工作。

Ø  Train and coach junior peers andcontractors, improve their professional knowledge and skill.

培训和指导年轻同事和承包商，提高他们的专业知识和技能。

Ø  Support maintenance supervisormanage maintenance workshop, ensure all the facilities & tools in workshopare keeping in good condition and ready to be used, same as warehousehousekeeping.

协助机械维修主管管理维修间，保证维修间内的设备和工具完好备用，做好维修间内的清洁卫生工作。

Ø  Complete the job assigned bysupervisor.

完成主管安排的其他工作。

Ø  Technical secondary schoolgraduate or above in electrical, instrumentation and auto,

中专及以上学校毕业，电子，仪表及自动化专业背景

Ø  At least 12+ yearsmaintenance working experience in a chemical plant orpetrochemical plant.

至少12年以上化工厂及石化厂电仪维修经验。

Ø  Familiar with the instrumentequipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as DCS, field instrument，control valve, analyzer; familiar with electricalequipment inspection procedure and calibration procedure, such as transformer,breaker, motorbus, and VFD.

熟悉电仪设备的维修和故障处理，例如DCS, 现场仪表，控制阀维修，分析仪校验，变压器的检查，开关，马达，UPS，变频器的故障处理。

Ø  Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, good relationship with colleagues and team spirit.

沟通能力强，良好的同事关系和团队合作精神。

Ø  HV and LV electrical equipmentoperation certificate holder will be preferred.

拥有高低压电工操作证者更佳。
