某丙烯腈装置废水流率75148.1 kg/h,其中含有丙烯腈聚合物(以C6H8N2O计算)816 kg/h,温度113℃,压力600 kPa。要求通过蒸发把废水中的水份蒸出83%,冷凝后的净化水作为工艺循环水使用,使浓缩液中的丙烯腈聚合物浓度达到5.9%以上。多效蒸发器的最终压力不低于20 kPa,加热蒸汽压力为470 kPa饱和水蒸气。要求模拟双效蒸发器的操作。
