WIN10下安装Aspen8.4的问题

SQL2008和Aspen8.4都已安装，且能运行。但在运行Aspen的多个模块时总是提醒：
Failed to initialize the Aspen Properties Enterprise Database. Configuration file can not be found in C:\ProgramData\AspenTech\APED V8.4\config.aem
