错误提示是：The Aspen Plus calculation engine has unexpectedly shut down.It will attempt to restart.Check the Control Panel for messages produced by this restart. 请问有前辈遇到过吗，求助，万分感谢

重启也不行，其他没有外接子程序的文件可以正常运行
