Paul has 25 years’ experience in business planning, strategy and growth in primary markets of process control and upstream oil & gas. Emerging from a purely technical foundation with BAE systems, Paul made an early career transition to business development with Emerson, Yokogawa and Schlumberger where he held a mix of operations support and senior management positions. He took a short sabbatical to execute a VC startup business in the upstream arena — with successful exit to Halliburton — before returning to Schlumberger as life-of-field business leader (within the Asset Performance Group).
Paul values integrity and professionalism as key attributes and is passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions for the betterment of all parties. Such values are embedded in his role of Oil & Gas Alliance Director at AspenTech.
