职责：

Project Engineer

·Manages technology facility projects:

   Scheduling

  Budgeting

  Equipment Procurement

  Controls

.Ensures safe execution of all project activities

Participates in project commissioning activitie

Laboratory Engineer

·Ensures that the facility equipment is efficiently maintained in compliance with all local and national regulations pertaining to, but not limited to safety, environmental protection, employment and financial reporting requirements.

·Supervises the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that the maintenance technicians execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance actions and to ensure that they are carried out in safe, planned and efficient manners.

·Calibration of equipment - coordination and execution

·Schedule work requests Preventive Maintenance Plan

·Maintain Maintenance Inventory:  Order parts, interface with Procurement, qualification of vendors, purchase orders,  coordination of all service contractors

·Coordinates the maintenance technicians to ensure that preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance actions are carried out in safe, planned and efficient manners.

·Ensure repairs are executed in accordance with company standards

·Maintenance facility and equipment are maintained in orderly and effective condition.

·Serves as Safe Operations Committee (SOC) chairperson

·Ensure Maintenance activities comply with essential site requirements including, but not limited to relevant OIMS i.e. Management of Change (OIMS 7.1), Permit to Work (OIMS 6.2), Critical Equipment (OIMS 6.3).

·Provide safety leadership to employees through a visible and interactive presence with all personnel

要求：
1、5-8年相关工作经验；
2、较好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
3、本科及以上学历，工程学及相关专业；
4、熟悉office操作，会EMCAPS者优先考虑。
