岗位职责：JOB SUMMARY

·        Reporting to the Sr. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, the Electrical Team Leader manages a team of Electrical Technicians, subcontractors, and operators assigned to the maintenance to ensure the smooth running of his/her department safely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Ensures that all activities carried out as well as those he/she delegates his/her staff are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
·        Manages his/her team and contractors;
·        Ensures that working conditions are applied according to internal procedures and documents;
·        Ensures the development of the staff under his/her responsibility;
·        Supervises and coordinates maintenance works;
·        Ensures the link between his/her team and other employees of the company;
·        Participates to the planning of major shutdowns and daily maintenance;
·        Provides technical support in project development;
·        Performs administrative tasks required;
·        Assumes the application of working conditions according to internal procedures and documents;
·        Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her;
·        Participates to the development and update of the documentation relating to the operation;
·        Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company, adheres to company’s values and ensures that members of his/her area are doing the same

任职资格的具体描述：REQUIREMENTS
·        Holds a college degree in Industrial electricity or an equivalence;
·        Holds a Certificate of qualified electrician (high and low voltage) is preferable;
·        More than ten-year relevant experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry
·        Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
·        Good knowledge in maintenance of the MCC, VFC, PLC, electrical motors and electrical distribution for classified areas;
·        Thoroughness;
·        Skills in management;
·        Capacity to work at heights;
·        Capacity to be on call in an emergency team;
·        Fluent in Mandarin and working knowledge of English.
