职位具体职责和要求如下：
1.        Work under the requirement of ISO/TS16949, ISO14000 and PPG Internal Controls Standards and Practices requirements. Develop necessary SOP to provide the guideline for the operations, monitor the daily activities and be responsible for the effectiveness for the systems;
2.        Work with EHS team closely to implement all EHS requirements to cover both local regulation and PPG requirements.  Be responsible for below activities in responsible area, it covers all the process, all the people and all the equipment.
a)        Preventive action development and implementation for any accident include but not limited to: Fire, I&I, Spill;
b)        Report any accident based on time frame required by PPG to Plant Manager and develop corrective action after accident and follow up the action to close stage.  
3.        Coordinate with the other departments to attain quality objectives, and ensure products quality problems be tracked and well solved in time;
4.        Lead to achieve the KPIs includes but not limited to:  Cost, Cycle Time reduction, Absolute Material Utilization improvement, Productivity improvement…
5.        Utilize all resources to ensure output to meet customer demands
6.        Make continuous improvements
a)        Promote Lean as a tool and improve the performance by using Rapid Improvement Workshop.  
b)        Be responsible for the department budget and control it to achieve continuous improvement.
c)         Select, organize, train and motivate production labor force to ensure consistent attainment of production schedules at optimum productivity and cost levels;
d)        Recommend improvements in production flow or methods, integrate production operations or processes over multiple shifts;
7.        Take short term decisions related to production activities: production scheduling, production flow regulation, problem solving and equipment maintenance

1.        Bachelor degree of Chemical or Engineering
2.        Five years working experience with at least one year experience as manager of key operations department;
3.        Good at oral and writing business English;
4.        Exceptional interpersonal skill is required.
5.        Good PC skill
