Pipe Drafting and Design管道制图和设计，通过管子、管件、法兰、阀门等管道附件及设备的制图、绘图参数选用，手把手的指导，使新入行的学员逐步的成长为一名管道搞工程师的过程；包括管道平面布置图、轴测图等的绘制，是初学者夯实基础不可多得的一本教材。
书中350多幅插图和照片提供了示例和可视化说明。尤其是对每一类管道元器件的各种视图的绘制及计算机图幅设置等、特别是系统的图纸安排，从设施的结构基础的布局开始，一直到3-D模型的开发。另有部分章节介绍了3D软件工具的使用，特别适合从大学校园刚进入设计院的各位新朋友。
另外，介绍这边书的原因，我们国内的本科教育，开设的专业很多很多，连动漫都有专门的专业，但是，对石油化工、电力、热力等关系到国计民生的基础工业中需要的配管工程，大学教育是没有开设专门的专业或课程，从事占整个详细设计工作量达25%左右（约，不同项目不同）、投资占比在20~60%的这么一个专业，从业人员大多是从相近的化工机械、化工工艺、储运工程等专业毕业生，在没有三维制图以前，大多靠师傅传帮带，还是有一大部分人对基础知识在漫长的学习过程中积累了一定的经验；有了三维配管以后，手工绘图越来越少，配管工程师真正的成长相对来说更不容易，看是都会做配管了，实际上只是沦为计算机的操作员，对于基础的、原理性的并不一定掌握透彻，这边书正好可以帮大家系统性的、全面的梳理一下从制图员到设计师的成长过程中需要掌握的知识和方法。希望大家喜欢。

這本書我本想翻譯，但是其內容太過於簡陋，因此便自動放棄此念頭！
與其將實見浪費在此毫無作用之著作上，還不如針對{ASME Press} Pipe Stress Engineering, 2009 by Liang-Chuan Peng來的實際，時間要放在刀口上才會賺錢
