Your Impact1.Technical support
- Work with customers on technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
- Create the product solutions
- Beta testing and help to improve the product quality
2.Training
- Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.
- Deliver the training by virtual and face to face.
- Knowledge transfer for internal staff.
3.Sales support
- Support sales closing by presentation and demonstration
What You'll Need1. Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering
2. Excellent communication and demonstrate good troubleshooting & analysis skills
3. English communication skill is mandatory.
4. No restriction for business trip.
5. PIMS experience is preferred.
6. Refinery working experience is preferred.
