招聘职位：
1.Engineering Manager

General Responsibilities:  
• Maintain contacts with clients and CDI on behalf of company
• Support BD team in proposal and project negotiation
• Assist Lummus Technology PM on project implementation in China
• Responsible for project KOM, PDP and BED review
• Safeguarding company’s and client’s interests
In this function he/she will perform activities as:
Technical Appendices Negotiations:
• Need to support LT PM and lead in work scope discussions, including split of work with CDI.
• Need to coordinate with CDI for given project pursue regarding scope split requirement,and support BDM to negotiate to the best of Lummus interest.
• Support both LT PM and BDM in formulate project schedule during proposal.
• In case questions regarding equipment sourcing (on or offshore) are raised by potential client, able to work with LT staff and engage client regarding max. Chinese supply.
Project Execution Phase:
• Functioned as a project focal point in China office to coordinate with clients during project execution phase.  
• Acts as the LT PM Manager's key assistant in China, must knowledgeable about the project, and able to coordinate with the multiple clients on projects under implementation. He will start with the participation of KOM of projects, then PDP review and BED review. He will be the eyes and ears regarding our projects implementation in China, and also is client's coordination point for project implementation.
• Need to support in expediting payment
• Need to support LT PM in organizing plant start-ups and performance tests for projects.      


2.Senior Technical Marketing Engineer

General Responsibilities: Focus on project activities in technology aspects, including proposal preparation, technical communication with the proposal team overseas, TA clarification with clients and CDI , offering support to (pre-)commissioning, plant start-up, operation trouble-shooting.
In this function he/she will perform activities as:
• Assist BD to prepare technical proposal and TAs
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning work
• Site support at plant start-up, operation trouble-shooting
• Support the project dedicated process team
• Coordinate on all process matters between contractors, LGC and client.
• Conduct technical presentations on process matters if needed
• Lead the TAs clarification with the client and CDI
• Oral and written translation
• Be prepared to accept other tasks and duties within the organization provided these fall within his/her capabilities.      


3.高级工艺工程师

职位描述：
•Coordinate between client and CDTECH home office during project execution phase  
•Participate in operator training, catalyst loading, commissioning, start-up and performance test activities
•Support BD Manager with CDTECH\'s project pursuits in China, and participate in technical presentations and negotiations when required
•Represent CDTECH at conferences and presentations when required
•Be prepared to accept other tasks and duties within the organization provided these fall within his/her capabilities.
要求：
•Bachelor or higher degree holder majoring in refining or petrochemical fields
•A minimum of 5 to 10 years process experience in designing or operating refining plants, experience with Chinese design institutes or operating plants a plus
•Speaks and writes English fluently.
